WHY ARE YOU SOLD OUT OF _______?
We make as much as we can, as quickly as we can! Many of our inventory sells out quickly after it is dropped. Follow us on instagram for more updates on when we will be doing a drop, and countdown reminders!
ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE _______ AGAIN?
Maybe! We try to make some of our products a staple in our shop, but most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, and may not be made again.
CAN I RESERVE/SPECIAL ORDER A PIECE?
No, the fairest way we can sell pieces is to have them be first come first serve. We can't keep track of special orders and would rather spend our time making things!
DO YOU DO WHOLESALE?
No, but if you are a shop in the Austin area and and you think we would be a good fit please reach out to us!
SHIPPING:
I ship to the address provided as the "shipping address" at checkout. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION IS ENTERED CORRECTLY to ensure accurate delivery of the pieces. If you realize you made an error in your address, please contact me as quickly as possible.
IMPORTANT: If the post office returns a parcel to me unopened, by no mistake of my own (marked "return to sender","moved- address unknown" etc. ) a refund will be issued & the item(s) resold.
All orders are shipped via USPS first class & First class international mail within 3 business days. An email will be sent to you with a tracking number or customs number for tracking. Please go to The USPS website to track or via the postal service website for your country. Shopify's tracking will not show international parcels once they leave the United States.
Combining multiple orders/shipping overages: Multiple orders purchased in the same update going to the same address will be shipped together and shipping overages will be refunded to you. In cases where combining orders is more costly for international shipping, I will not combine orders unless it's been requested and shipping fees arranged.
International VAT & Customs fees: All imported goods have to go through your country's customs department, and are subject to customs fees. Customs fees are taxes levied by your government on imported goods. The amount you're charged is decided by your government, and 100% of the money from those fees goes directly to your government. I have absolutely no control in this matter.
Some places (EU, I'm looking at you!) have exorbitant customs fees, so it's good to keep this in mind when you're shopping online.
Marking international packages as "gift" or claiming a lower value on a customs form: If you ask me to falsify a customs form, your order will be cancelled. It is mail fraud to falsify a customs form, and to do so carries a penalty of up to $10,000 fine and 5 years imprisonment.
