FAQ

△   WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS SOLD OUT OF _______?  

We make as much as we can, as quickly as we can! We are just two people and one of us has a full time job. Most of our inventory sells out quickly after it is dropped. △   ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE _______ AGAIN?  

Maybe! We try to make some of our products a staple in our shop, but most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, and may not be made again. Please message us on our website, Instagram or Tiktok and let us know if you want us to remake something, we will do our best!

 

△    CAN I RESERVE/SPECIAL ORDER A PIECE?  

Not at this time, the fairest way we can sell pieces is to have them available on a first come first serve basis. Keeping track of special orders takes time away from making things and thats what we would rather be doing!

△   DO YOU DO WHOLESALE? 

Not at the moment, but if you are a shop in the Austin, TX area and and you think we would be a good fit please reach out to us!

 

△   MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T GET IT, WHAT DO I DO? 

At this point in the delivery process there isn't much we can do. We are no longer able to file a claim with our insurance once it is marked DELIVERED. There are two things that could have happened:
1. The post office delivered it to the wrong address. Check with your neighbors and see if they got it by mistake. If that doesn't work call the post office and see if they can help you track it down. 
2. It was stolen by porch pirates! We can not issue refunds for stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the recipient of the package to ensure a safe delivery location. If this does happen to you, file a police report and contact the post office.
 

△   MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

We do our best to package our ceramics very carefully! But once we drop them off at the post office, we have no control over what happens to them. If your piece arrives broken, we will require an e-mail from you and a picture of the broken piece within a week of its arrival. Then we will remake and replace it for you (which typically takes about 4-8 weeks), or give you a refund.

 

△   I BROKE MY CERAMIC ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

Buy a new one! Unfortunately, ceramics are very breakable and we can not be responsible for replacing items that are not in our possession. However, if you would like us to remake something for you (that you are willing to pay for) will try our best to be accommodating, we understand the heartbreak of broken pottery. 

Feeling crafty? You can try and fix it yourself with Jeweler's Epoxy (we buy ours on amazon here) Note: We wouldn't recommend this for surfaces that come in contact with food or drink.
