△ WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS SOLD OUT OF _______?
We make as much as we can, as quickly as we can! We are just two people and one of us has a full time job. Most of our inventory sells out quickly after it is dropped. Sign up for our newsletter, and follow us on instagram for more updates on when we will be doing a drop, and countdown reminders! @themagicshopstudio
△ CAN I RESERVE/SPECIAL ORDER A PIECE?
Not at this time, the fairest way we can sell pieces is to have them available on a first come first serve basis. Keeping track of special orders takes time away from making things and thats what we would rather be doing!
△ DO YOU DO WHOLESALE?
△ MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T GET IT, WHAT DO I DO?
△ MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
We do our best to package our ceramics very carefully! But once we drop them off at the post office, we have no control over what happens to them. If your piece arrives broken, we will require an e-mail from you and a picture of the broken piece within a week of its arrival. Then we will remake and replace it for you (which typically takes about 4-8 weeks), or give you a refund.
△ CAN I RETURN MY ITEM AND GET A REFUND?
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during return transit.
Once your return is received and inspected refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 days for your refund to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that arrive damaged, show signs of use, are missing parts or packaging, or otherwise do not meet our return requirements.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can make it right.
△ I BROKE MY CERAMIC ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
Buy a new one! Unfortunately, ceramics are very breakable and we can not be responsible for replacing items that are not in our possession. However, if you would like us to remake something for you (that you are willing to pay for) will try our best to be accommodating, we understand the heartbreak of broken pottery.
Feeling crafty? You can try and fix it yourself with Jeweler's Epoxy (we buy ours on amazon here) Note: We wouldn't recommend this for surfaces that come in contact with food or drink.
